Construction of a new 26,000 square foot teen center including a gymnasium with climbing wall and basketball courts, multi-media center, computer access area, arts and crafts center, teen lounge and administrative offices.

Construction of a new facility to replace the existing undersized fifty-year-old facility. The building, set on nine acres of land, houses a state of the art veterinary center, multi-media education and learning center, spacious pet adoption habitats, grooming and bathing facilities, animal exercise areas, and the nationally acclaimed Forget-Me-Not Farm program.

Work includes completion of a 14,000 square foot gymnasium and 9,000 square foot 2 story office building. A remote parking lot, site lighting, and tie-in to the existing PAL facility is included in the scope of work. The new 23,000 square foot facility will include basketball courts, volleyball courts, meeting rooms, locker room, staff offices and lounge area. This multi-use facility is designed for use by the Richmond Police Activities League to better serve the young people of Richmond.
