Van Pelt Construction Services is providing both program and construction management for all project phases including pre-construction and continuing through the construction phase of this all new hospital. Some of the services provided will include land acquisition, obtaining zoning status, obtaining necessary plan approvals and building permits through OSHPD, monitoring of the design development and evaluation of the project schedule and phasing. Our team is also assisting the Sonoma Valley Hospital with the bidding and contractor selection process and coordination of Owner Furnished/Contractor Installed medical equipment. Management services will continue through the project close out protocol with all state agencies, including OSHPD.

Van Pelt Construction Services provided management services for a multitude of modernization and new construction projects at the Queen of the Valley Hospital. The new Women's Center houses new labor and delivery facilities, postpartum unit, nursery and out patient testing. The new Imaging Center is a remodel and addition to the Administrative Wing, housing a new MRI facility along with associated control room and equipment. Other projects included the Ambulatory Surgery & Procedure Center, as well as The City of Napa Wellness Center. The scope of work for these projects included construction of all new free standing facilities, substantial additions and non-structural remodels to the existing hospital building.

Construction of the first freestanding children's hospice and respite care facility in the United States.  It operates as a fully functional, OSHPD approved, medical facility while providing terminally ill children with a comfortable environment.  The 15,000 square-foot facility includes both private and family suites; communal and private gardens; a great room and family style dinning areas; music, art, speech, occupational and physical therapy areas; and companion pet programs.  In addition to the main facility, a separate building will contain an all faith sanctuary.
