This project includes the construction of a new ultra modern high school containing multiple classrooms, gyms, fields, and offices. This 182,676 square foot facility includes a joint use theater facility, as well as a out door amphitheatre, and a library media center.

Construction of all new elementary school campus, using modular buildings.  Work included grading, pouring of slab on grade, placement of modulars, utility hook ups and site landscaping.  This project was managed using the Multiple-Prime method.

Construction of a new 22,000 square-foot administration/cafeteria/multi-use building including a state of the art media access center, music facilities, parking lot restoration, landscaping and site lighting. All work was performed on a fully functional campus.

Construction of an all new elementary school facility. This new mission style 45,000 square-foot facility includes new classrooms, library/media center, computer laboratories, multi-use room and kitchen, administration, teachers lounge and workrooms, kindergarten wing, new playgrounds and play fields including a redwood grove and all support utilities. The project includes state of the art technology systems, and the project is CHPS certified.

Construction of a new athletic field facility including: all weather track, football and soccer fields,  new tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, storage facilities, track and field event facilities, including new lighting systems, underground drainage and site utilities.

The project consists of the complete restoration and remodeling of the lobby of the Smith Robinson Gymnasium on the campus of Healdsburg High School. The project includes new team rooms, snack bar, restrooms, lobby, wall of fame and covered outdoor waiting areas. It also upgrades the existing alarm systems through the entire gymnasium facility. The gymnasium will remain operational during construction.

This project replaces the existing Kindergarten Wing at Healdsburg Elementary School. The project consists of four new state of the art kindergarten rooms, teachers workrooms, restrooms and associated site work. The architecture matches the existing facility, as it is an important architectural treasure of the Healdsburg community.

The construction of a new twenty-five classroom, two story building is designed to match the existing historical buildings on the campus.

This project involved the complete renovation of Santa Rosa High School's track and field.  Included in the renovation were new bleachers, lights, installation of synthetic track, installation of field turf, and a new concession stand. 

This project consisted of the construction of a new eight court tennis facility at the site of an existing parking lot.

All classroom spaces and bathrooms will receive new interior and exterior finishes. New electrical service, technology and ADA compliance upgrades are included in the scope of work. New roofs, exterior finishes, (including doors, frames, hardware, windows plaster and painting) will also be completed. Site work includes new paving and striping of playground and parking lot areas. New irrigation and planting is included in the project scope.

Provide connectivity (data drops  /  Cat 5e) into all classroom and office areas at five total sites.  Sites included are Cave Elementary, Cooper Elementary, Mini Elementary, Pennycook Elementary, and Franklin Middle School. Fiber installation from MDF to IDF locations is also included in this project.

This project consists of the remodeling the existing Administration Building to accommodate the Culinary Arts Program at Piner High School.

The remodel of building C (Library) includes high density book storage, increased book stacks, computer terminals, new main entry relating the Library entry to the school campus, support spaces, natural day lighting and updated utilities infrastructure.  Building B (Science Building) is being remodeled to correct code safety issues, consolidate science department operations, and upgrade lab utilities.

Construction of eight new computer laboratories and five science and chemistry laboratories.

Modernization of approximately 75,000 square feet of the campus including new electrical, lighting, data and communication infrastructure, life safety systems and ADA compliance upgrades.

Construction of a new 7,000 square foot multi-purpose building including a stage, public assembly area, cafeteria and food preparation areas. Covered walkways were installed unifying the three main buildings into a cohesive campus.

This project includes the completion of the modernization project (in progress when the fire took place), as well as the inclusion of additional amenities and the upgrade of the schools technological infrastructure.

After the devastating fire on March 6, 2001 that brought a portion of the original Steffan Manor Elementary School to the ground, Van Pelt Construction Services acted as the manager for a multiple-prime fast track project to install a temporary school site on the playing field of Annie Pennycook Elementary School. The project included the grading of the Pennycook fields, delivery and set-up of temporary trailer/classrooms, installation of electrical, mechanical and plumbing utilities, installation of a fire alarm and bell system, paving of walkways and parking areas, security fencing and ultimately the relocation of the undamaged school materials. This project was completed in eleven days.
