SCOPE:
The scope of the Fitch Elementary project includes the construction of classrooms, administration, multi-use room, library, ancillary spaces, all site work, utilities and infrastructure. Fitch Elementary School will be finished in August of 2006, making it ready for students to start the 2006-2007 school year at the new campus.
The high school gym remodel includes modernization of new lobby with translucent skylight, built-up roofing, new team room, new display cases, new concessions stand, expanding the lobby, modernized toilet rooms and new finishes throughout. The high school gym remodel is scheduled to be completed November, 2005.
Wright Contracting will be operating equipment only during the allowable hours as stated in the City of Healdsburg – Zoning Ordinances. The ordinances only allow construction activities during the hours of 7:30 A. M. and 6:00 P. M. No work will be allowed to take place on Sundays or holidays.
