The Science II Building project began in the Winter of 2005 and is scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2007.  The campus anticipates move-in and occupancy of the building by the Fall of 2007.  The project is on schedule for 95% completion by January 2007.

Progress September 2006 - January 2007

Construction began in February 2005.  Earthwork, foundations, structural steel, and floor decks were completed in 2005.  Roofing, exterior panels, glazing, and system rough-in were complete by June 2006.  Interior framing and sheetrock were complete by September 2006.  Interior framing, sheetrock and underground utility connections were completed in September 2006. Painting, ceilings, flooring, lighting, plumbing and laboratory casework and equipment should be completed by January 2007. Laboratory systems and building systems commissioning and final closeout will progress in February and March 2007.
