Mike Van Pelt has more than 29 years of hands-on construction service experience. Mike’s field work has taken him from journeyman carpenter through project superintendent to project manager. His skills include site supervision, project scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, supervision of labor resources, coordination and procurement of materials, coordination with architects and owner agents, coordination with public entities, project billing, coordination with project inspectors and owners, interaction with safety officers and contract administration. Mike has extensive experience with a variety of complex institutional projects, many of which required maintaining operability throughout construction.
