Scope

 

  1. Safety and Communication upgrades (Fire Alarms, Bells, Clocks, Paging), ADA compliance items, and food service kitchen compliance.
  2. Repair or replace deteriorating infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, roofs, skylights, flooring, windows, doors and hardware).
  3. Interior and exterior painting
  4. Site improvements related to ready covered solar outdoor eating area, replace deteriorating concrete or blacktop areas, underground utility system and improved access and traffic flow at existing parking lot.
