Scope

  1. Safety and communication upgrades (Fire Alarm, Bells, Clocks, Paging), ADA compliance items, and food service kitchen compliance.

  2. Repair or replacement of deteriorating infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, roofs, skylights, flooring, windows, doors, hardware, cabinets and countertops).

  3. Interior and exterior painting

  4. Modernize lower level classroom wing

  5. Site improvements related to ready covered solar outdoor eating area and replacement of deteriorating concrete or blacktop areas.
