SCOPE:

The scope of work includes site demolition, new ADA Ramps, stairs, handrails, paving, irrigation, planting and signage.

The district is delighted to announce that beginning June 2010 the MVMS campus will undergo the first modernization project funded by the proceeds of the November 2009 voter approved "Measure C". As a result the campus will be closed so that construction can be completed before school reopens. The scope of the project will vastly improve the campus by making required upgrades for access compliance with the American with Disabilities Act and State laws.

The District Administrative Offices will remain open through construction.

Access routes to the District Offices and the school buildings for staff will be clearly marked and updated here as new routes become available.

No portions of the campus will be available for rentals during the summer of 2010, and large portions of the campus, parking lots and blacktop will be closed periodically to public access.
